Can I avoid heating in Laemmli Buffer before loading (PAGE)?

Hallo,  Can I totally avoid heating a sample in Laemelli buffer before loading (PAGE)? (Is it OK to mix well and load?) Do you think denaturing will be incomplete? Thank you.
