In the absence of a medium culture, is it possible to grow Lyme borreliae in vivo by inoculating in PBS Ixodes ricinus ticks suspensions?

Hi colleagues, I have no access to the BSK II medium and want to try in vivo culture of Lyme borreliosis agents. I appreciate any guidance or reliable references. Best regards
