How to extract the values of RCS (Radar cross section) from Satellite Imagery for different land surfaces ? For example Sentinel 1 or any Radar ?

I want to extract RCS values or backscattering coefficients from available Radar imagery and create a Geospatial layer out of it. Thank you.
