Does anyone work or synthesise boronated monocarbonyl analogues of Curcumin (BMAC)?

I want to use BMAC in order to load into LDL (low-density lipoprotein), so that would be so useful if anybody worked with this analogue of Curcumin, in order to ask about the preparation of adduct.

Does anyone tried to separate a nanoparticle and drugs by ultracentrifugation?

I have a solution included nanoparticle-coupled drug and free drug, I want to separate them by ultracentrifugation.
