Dear Researchers. The vial containing antibiotics discs have a tablet supplied in the same vial but located separately from the discs. What is this?

I want to perform some tests where antibiotic stress will be given to the culture. I think that the tablet will also contain the same antibiotic in powder form as in the discs but i am not sure....
