Could anyone tell me how to do 15N enrichment of soil sample with NH4 15NO3??

I want to do enrichment of my soil sample with 15N to determine N2O gas, N2, NH4 in IRMS. But I do not how to make the 15N enrichment in soil and how to calculate the amount? If anyone have idea...
