Downloading a pdf - It doesnt download the paper, just a temporary file, any ideas?

I have requested the full text of a pdf paper. The author said OK and click "Download Full Text", it doesn't download the actual pdf, just a file named "habibi_tmp_assetrikUO2". Please let me know...
