How can I calculate the heat of adsorption in chemisorbed based adsorbents like polyamine functionalized silica for CO2 capture?

Polyamine functionalized silica got saturated in low pressure even less than 0.2 bar, so how can I use Clausius–Clapeyron equation. If there is any other method you can suggest?
