Any ideas how to neutralize Benzalkonium chloride (BC) in a solution ?

I want to use a particular compound to treat cells. The vehicle contains Benzalkonium chloride.(which is killing the cells).  Any ideas how to neutralize the biological activity/toxicity of BC?...
