Which model is preferable for modelling boiling, condensation and two phase interaction on porous surfaces -VOF or Eulerian?

I am using fluent to model heat transfer phenomena in wicked heat pipe. Fluent have inbuilt boiling models and condensation requires UDF. Do I need to use Euler model or VOF model?
