Do anyone know a good inhibitor of cholesterol-25-hydroxylase?

I would like to inhibit the synthesis of 25-hydroxycholesterol in the mouse brain. Anyone know if chemical inhibitors, siRNa or other useful strategies can be applied to suppress 25OHC synthesis...
