I've just started to work on Reverse Monte Carlo Simulation and for that I'm in need of seed potentials of H and C? Where can I get these?

I'm using a structural refinement method and for that reason I've to input a seed potential initially. Is there any database where I can get the Leonard-Jones parameters for Carbon and Hydrogen?...
