I have carried out XRD analysis in different position (2theta - degree) ranges, but want to compare those, how can solve this problem?

In one measurement, the 2 theta range (means X axis) differed by 0.003 degree, but other one varied by 0.13 degree. I have to these measurement with together, how can solve this problem?
