Can anyone suggest the easiest method to analize co2-amine analysis?

I want to know absorption capacity from mixed amines. I've tried to capture co2 that doesn't absorb in amines using NaOH (with titration method). But the repetition is very bad.

Can I use Urea-Adduct to get n-Paraffin from crude oil?

From the literature that I get, first I need to separate saturated and aromatic using column chromatography. But I don't have enough sample. So what if I just use urea-adduct on raw?
