Can anyone suggest the easiest method to analize co2-amine analysis?

I want to know absorption capacity from mixed amines. I've tried to capture co2 that doesn't absorb in amines using NaOH (with titration method). But the repetition is very bad.

What could explain a compound having a higher boiling point than oven temperature being detected by the detector?

For example, C40H82 is 523.9°C, and has a column temperature around 400 C but there's a peak for C40H82.
