Glass vials or plastic vials for liquid samples containing low concentration peptides/proteins in MS measurements?

I've heard that proteins/peptides especially when below 100 ppm may attach to the internal glass surface of a vial and so no analyte of interest will enter the (nano)LC-MS system during injection....
