Isolating soyasaponins from the n-butanol fraction of 70% aqueous methanol extract of leguminous seeds starting by flash chromatography - any help?

I will use normal phase silica as stationary phase any suggestions about mobile phase to be used?

I have an aqueous methanolic extract. It seems to be rich in saponins but I can't evaporate the solvent by Rotavap due to high froth.

Can anyone offer advice?
