What are the simulation tools availabe to understand the growth process of thin films in sputterig and Plasma enhaced chemical vapor deposition?

I'm working in transparent conducting oxide deposition using sputtering and a-Si:H solar cell fabrication using PECVD. I need to know thin film growth process.
