I am looking for protocol to expand Nasal T regulatory cells for restimulation, anyone with an Idea?

I aim to look for pneumococcal specific T regulatory cells in nasal mucosa, however, we seem to have very few of these cells. I was wondering if I can expand these cells for re-stimulation.
