What is the best stastical test to analyse methylation specific PCR results?

Through methyaltion specific PCR we got three results: methylated, unmethylated and heterozygous. The question is, what is the best statistical test and how do I analyze the data. Thank you.

Is there any software which analyses the pattern of inheritance and shows which type of inheritance it is?

I have some pedigree which is of autosomal dominant disease but I thought there is some other inheritance pattern also?
