Hi want to deposit CuPc, and Cerium(III) 2,6‐Pyridinedicarboxylic Acid on FTO substrate which method and solvent is best for their deposition?

I need help regarding the solubility of polymeric metal complexes and how to prepare their homogeneous layer on ITO or FTO substrate. i have to prepare working electrode for CO2 reduction
