How can I find Cp_(T) (specific heat at constant pressure) of mixture gas for PEM Fuel Cell Modeling ?

I need the thermodynamic data for PEM fuel cell modeling with OpenFOAM.For air (O2,N2 and H2O) and hydrogen (H2and H2O) at 353 K. Thank you
