Can somebody provide me a protocol for mitochondrial DNA extraction from one foreleg of Drosophila sp. (fruit fly-Drosophilidae)?

I have protocol for mitochondrial DNA extraction from 5 flies (5 individuals) of Drosophila sp. (fruit fly-Drosophilidae). But I want to Mt DNA from single foreleg without damaging whole fly.
