Can I use XBridge C18 ( 3x150mm, 3.5 um) column in a Aquity UPLC system for method development?

I have a UPLC system and XBridge C18 ( 3x150mm, 3.5 um). I am running short of time and cant procure a UPLC compatible column for the time being.

I have been doing HPLC with 0.1%OPA/MeOH.....after a couple of runs..the pressure started increasing the maximum level @ 40% MeOH?

washed the column in the reverse direction also but the same problem persists. when flow rate is reduced to 0.8mL/min from 1 ml/min...the pressure reduced to 2800 psi apprx. what more can be done...
