Training accuracy greater then 99% and validation accuracy become consistent for last 10 epochs does it mean no more improvement possible?

I am training CNN on cats and dogs dataset. After 20 epochs training accuracy become 99% and validation accuracy become almost consistent(70%-72% approx). I continue training for 10 more epochs...
