What steps should i consider to model solid fraction with respect to already introduced temperature gradient in the liquid container?

i already have data concerning solid fraction at various temperatures. Suggestions in the form of papers or books will also be helpful. I am using SPH to solve the problem.

In a liquid container the fluid is at a temperature higher than the two walls at constant temperature. What is the equation for the temperature profile?

The temperatures are such that Tfluid>Twall1>Twall2 such that there is a temperature gradient across the fluid.
