Is it safe to transport swabs or samples in cryo vials within Ziplock bag submersed in liquid nitrogen for a short period of time (3h)?

I need to transport some same samples I have them organized already in the -80 C in racks or cardboard freeze boxes. Thinking about the best logistics and trying not to dismiss the organization...
