i have already try water with( ammonium acetate) and Acetonitrile having 1 hour run time but peaks are not seprated well?

How can we separated a compound from mixture. if we detect the peak in LCMS full scan positive mode?

i am working on plant extract, and having lots of peak through LCMS. can anyone help me to give her/his suggestion how i can separate my compound of interest after LCMS ANALYSIS?
