Dissolve indomethacin for small intestinal injury mice model?

Hello, does anyone had experience of dissolving indomethacin ?it should be dissolved in 5% or 1.25% sodium bicarbonate solution? what is the ph? how about suspend in 1% methycellulose? Thanks!
