Is it necessary to remove blood by heart perfusion before harvesting tissues for RNAseq?

Dear all, I will dissect mice and take tissues (heart, kidney, etc.) for RNA preparation for RNAseq. Is it necessary to remove blood by heart perfusion before harvesting tissues?
