I was wondering if I can expose J774A.1 macrophage cell line with mycobacterial extracellular vesicles (MEVs)?

Dear all, I am working with J774 cell line and MEVs from M. aurum and M.bovis BCG. I am not able to find a protocol to expose the macropahages with isolated MEVs. Is anyone doing similar experiments?
