How can I normalize the protein conc. present in cell media through ELISA(At the end of the experiment no. of cells in all flasks were not same) ?

I want to quantify a protein that is secreted from cells. I took the media and did ELISA. At the first my cells were of same number but due to different stress condition and drugs few cells died....
