Does anyone have experience in concentrating protein in conditioned media using StrataCleanTM beads?

I found the protocol in 'In-depth proteomic profiling of the uveal melanoma secretome', but they don't mention how much, and what concentration the StrataCleanTM beads were used at.

What can be used as positive control for human CCL2 in IHC?

I'm optimising a monoclonal CCL2 ab to be used in formalin fixed paraffin embedded OSCC biopsies. I don't know what can be used as positive control.
