Can someone suggest how I can get polyacrylamide based hydrogels to adhere to polystyrene plates?

I am trying to increase the adhesiveness of polystyrene using 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, but do not either have a good protocol or dont have the right silane.  Can anyone help please.
