Hi, I have already generated 250ns data but didn't give .mtx option during MD run. Is their any option to convert .trr or .xtc file to .mtx file. ? Plz help. thanks

How to convert .tpr file of gromacs 5.04 version to .tpr file of gromacs 4.5 version...?

Hi.... To do g_mmpbsa analysis i need to convert .tpr file of gmx 5.04 version to .tpr file of 4.5 version. Please help...! Thanks in advance
