Can anyone share information about percent transmittance of Aluminium foil in UV region ?

We have 200nm thick Aluminium foils and we need to find out the amount (percent) of UV light (100nm-300nm) they transmit. The CXRO website provides very reliable data but in the EUV/XUV range....
