What could be the possible reasons for getting 20 unit less value of mass of pure compound which is well charecterised by NMR?

My compound is well charecterised by NMR but in case of ESI-mass spectrum it is coming 20 unit less then the expected mass. Molecule is not having any associatio with water. I could not find any...
