When referring the stability value of NormFinder in RefFinder, why I get a different stability value from Normfinder, the Excel plugin itself?

I tried both RefFinder and NormFinder. In RefFinder, there is a section for Normfinder. However, the stability value and ranking that I got are different. So they are supposed to be different?
