Problem of XmaI digestion - can anyone help?

I am doing minicircle cloning, trying to cut with XmaI and EcoRI. It didn't work. I tried several other combination cut such as EcoRI +SalI, BamH1+ EcoRI, it worked just fine. Other combinations...
