How do you do to evaluate effective transfer RNA total of cancer stem cell into dendritic cell?

Dear all, we want to evaluate effective transfer through RNA total but not GFP by FuGene into dendritic cell. Can you help me about ratio RNA: FuGene also density dendritic cell? Thanks.
