What is the best way to find promoter sequences of eukaryotic protein coding and microRNA coding genes? I'll need them for correct primer design.

Bisulfite conversion with DNA fragmentation. How to avoid it?

Before each conversion, all tested DNA samples were verified by gel electrophorosis. After bisulfite conversion using comercial kits I receive only fragmented DNA. Does anyone know how to avoit it?
