I am doing plaque assay for CHIK-V virus. After incubation plate was wash fix with 3.7% formaldehyde sol. After fixing cell was detected. Before fixing monolayer was fine.

Why Mycoplasma synoviae lost their HA properties?

Initially, the sample was giving hemagglutination with chicken RBC, but after passages in Frey's & PPLO w/o cv broth medium without l-cystine HCl, there is no hemagglutination with chicken RBC.
