Can anyone tell me the protocol for biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles from actinomycetes?

I have tried some protocols but not getting any result. I do not know where I am lacking? What can be the difference between biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles by other bacteria and actinomycetes?
