Why some important reviews (like "Cambio. Rivista sulle trasformazioni sociali") are not in the list of recognised reviews?

For example, when you add an article, you must choose in which review it is published, but if I type the title of "Cambio. Rivista sulle trasformazioni sociali" this it is not accepted.
