Can I describe a exchange bias effect based on the calculation of energy differences or magnetic coupling parameters using only DFT?

I have a system that I would like to, in someway, find if it could have an exchange bias effect due to the interface between FM/AFM phases only using DFT and if possible estimate its magnitude. Thanks
