How to calculate the HOMO LUMO bandgap from cyclic voltammogram (CV) performed in aqueous medium?

In my case I have performed the CV of electrodeposited methylene blue in glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution. It is possible to calculate HOMO-LUMO bandgap with in this system?
