How to do reverse engineering method by HPLC-RID,ELSD etc for estimation of Glycerol Mono-stearate (GMS)?

I want to estimate Glycerol Mono-stearate (GMS) from a Cream formulation as a part of Reverse Engineering. I have HPLC-RID and ELSD. Could some one help me to guide on this?
