forces of nature are: electromagnetic, weak, gravity and strong.each of fist three comes from spinning from left to right . is the proton has a spin?

I read that proton oscillation is comes from quarks and gallons vibrations, which means that proton has no spin like electron. Then how is the strong force comes out without movement ?
