Can anyone help me about alpha glucosidase enzyme inhibition assay?

I used alpha glucosidase enzyme (2Unit/ml), p-Nitrophenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (PNPG)(5mM) as a substrate and reaction stopper as sodium carbonate (1M) and 50mM phosphate buffer at pH 6.8....
