How to prepare PAN/Chitosan blend since they dissolve in different solvents?

Can you suggest appropriate solvent or modification

I prepared 0.5wt% chitosan in 0.5% acetic acid & also 5wt% of PAN in DMSO. But why as I mix this 2 solution, I did not get a homogeneous solution?

It forms a white film of polymer instead of a homogeneous solution. By the way, the misture is to be used for electrospinning process.
